Helping build a country from scratch sounds like a grand adventure on paper, but Broden and Riana quickly discover that it’s mostly work—the kind of work they have no prior experience with. Being paired with wizard partners—who are a great joy to them—only offsets the challenges so much.

For their new country of Estole is being battered on both sides by forces they don’t have the manpower to fight against.

 

It will take more than skillful archery and magic to win the day this time.
